Netmarble has announced the launch date for The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, setting March 16, 2026 as the debut date for PlayStation 5 and Steam players. The open-world RPG based on the popular anime franchise will expand to mobile platforms on March 23, following a staged rollout strategy. This platform-first approach aims to ensure stable service and optimized gameplay experiences across different devices.

The staged release follows feedback from closed beta testing, during which the developer refined controls, combat pacing, and overall UI/UX. The March 23 grand launch will bring the fully polished version to all platforms simultaneously. Players can currently pre-register on Google Play, the App Store, and the official website, with wishlist options available on PlayStation 5 and Steam.

Based on the hit Japanese manga and anime IP that has sold over 55 million copies globally, the game features tag-based combat, combination skills, and customizable teams using diverse characters and weapons. Multiplayer elements allow players to form parties for exploration or team up to defeat bosses in the vast open world of Britannia. A global participation event is running on X through February 17, and new interview videos featuring the original anime voice cast will begin releasing on February 14.
