Owlcat Games has unveiled a new gameplay trailer for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn and announced its closed beta will launch on April 22. The beta will be available on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 for players who purchase either the Collector's Edition or Miller's Pack from the official website.

Set in the universe of the popular sci-fi series, the game casts players as a Pinkwater Security mercenary who survives a catastrophic incident on Eros. Players will explore a remote space station, interact with inhabitants, and experience the game's dynamic third-person combat and upgrade mechanics. The beta offers a chance to test combat, movement in zero-g environments, and the dialogue system.

The full game is scheduled for release in Spring 2027 on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG, as well as on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. It will also launch on Xbox Game Pass on day one. Owlcat Games plans to incorporate player feedback from the beta into the final product.
