NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 50 series, branded Blackwell, has seen a sharp rise in median prices, especially between July and August. On Newegg, the largest U.S. computer hardware retailer, the jump is clear across the lineup.

The entry‑level RTX 5050 moved from $300 to $315, a 5% hike. The RTX 5060 jumped 27% from $370 to $470, a $100 increase. The 8‑GB RTX 5060 Ti rose 13% from $470 to $530, while its RTX 5060 Ti 16GB leapt 39% to $805.

Higher‑end models followed suit: the RTX 5070 climbed 36% from $660 to $900; the RTX 5070 Ti held steady at $1,100; the RTX 5080 edged up 3% from $1,462 to $1,500. The flagship RTX 5090 saw a 9% rise from $4,300 to $4,700.

Compared to NVIDIA’s MSRP, the median prices are now well above the suggested retail price, with the RTX 5090 exceeding MSRP by 135%. Memory‑cost adjustments and board‑partner pricing largely drive the discrepancy.
