KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS has announced that Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will launch on PC on March 19, 2026, following its PlayStation 5 debut. The sequel, developed in collaboration with Nixxes Software, brings Sam Bridges back for another journey to connect Australia to the Chiral network while battling enemies and natural disasters.

Players can pre-purchase now on Steam and Epic Games Store, with the PC version offering enhanced features including ultrawide monitor support (21:9 and 32:9) in 4K resolution, complete mouse and keyboard customization, and full DualSense controller integration with haptic feedback. The Social Strand System returns, allowing global player interactions that shape each other's worlds.

The PC edition includes exclusive content such as PlayStation connection bonuses for linking accounts, pre-order bonuses featuring custom holograms and skeleton equipment, and a Digital Deluxe Edition with additional gold-tier items. New modes and features launching simultaneously on both PC and PS5 will be detailed next month.
