Carbice, a leader in advanced computing solutions, and DarkNX, a digital infrastructure company, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the reliability and performance of AI data centers. This collaboration will leverage Carbice's expertise in thermal interface materials and system-level solutions to support DarkNX's development of next-generation AI data centers, optimizing them for high-density workloads.

Carbice will contribute its expertise to DarkNX's projects, providing support through the Carbice Lab. The partnership's focus is on ensuring long-term performance and reducing operational costs. Carbice's advanced cooling technologies alone prevent nearly 30 GWh of unnecessary electricity consumption over five years. This translates to avoiding approximately 10,500 metric tons of CO₂ emissions.

DarkNX plans to utilize Carbice's interface technologies, including Dow-Carbice SW and SA Series Pads, which are qualified with OEMs across various systems. The collaboration extends beyond hardware to power delivery and electrical systems, addressing challenges such as torque loss. DarkNX is building a 300MW data center campus in Ontario, Canada. This partnership should help DarkNX deliver resilient, future-proof AI infrastructure.
