8BitDo has introduced Ultimate Software Online, a browser-based configuration tool currently in beta. It supports nine devices and is designed to expand compatibility, especially for Linux users. The online tool offers a convenient way to remap controls without installing desktop software.

While Windows and macOS users can still use the installable version, which remains more feature-complete, the web app is a significant step for Linux gamers. 8BitDo plans to add more devices and features to the online tool over time.
