T.Y. Hilton announced his retirement Wednesday after a 10-year career with the Indianapolis Colts. The four-time Pro Bowl receiver posted on X that he's beginning a new chapter after an incredible journey. Hilton thanked team owner Jim Irsay and the Colts organization for believing in him and giving him the opportunity to wear the horseshoe.

Hilton led the NFL in receiving yards with 1,448 during his 2016 breakout season. Over his career, he caught 638 passes for 9,812 yards and 53 touchdowns, averaging 15.4 yards per reception. He also returned a punt for a touchdown. The Colts drafted Hilton in the third round (92nd overall) from Florida International in 2012.

After his time in Indianapolis, Hilton played briefly for the Dallas Cowboys in 2022, catching seven passes in three games. In his retirement statement, Hilton expressed gratitude to his teammates for the brotherhood and memories created through early mornings, long practices, and Sunday battles. The 34-year-old receiver leaves behind a legacy as one of the Colts' most productive wideouts in franchise history.
