Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jake Bobo went down Friday with what appears to be a serious knee injury, coach Mike Macdonald told reporters. Bobo was hurt during Seattle's joint practice against the Tennessee Titans while being taken to the ground near the sideline. His right knee was examined before he was carted off the field, and the Seahawks took a knee and prayed for him once practice ended.

"Our heart goes out to Jake Bobo," Macdonald said. "It seems like it's going to be a serious knee [injury]. We're going to get it imaged, but early returns are [that] it looks like it's a long-term injury." Bobo, 28, was projected as Seattle's No. 5 receiver and special-teams contributor. He became a fan favorite after making the team in 2023 as an undrafted rookie and played in the Seahawks' Super Bowl LX victory less than two weeks after hand surgery.

"It hurts, man," quarterback Sam Darnold said. "He brings the juice every single day... I know he's going to attack it and be better whenever he comes back."

Seattle re-signed Bobo to a two-year, $5.5 million contract in March. Tory Horton projects as the fourth receiver behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp and Rashid Shaheed.
