Veteran right guard Wyatt Teller will not return to the Cleveland Browns in 2026, becoming the latest longtime player to depart as the team restructures its offense. Teller, 31, announced his departure from Cleveland via Instagram, expressing gratitude for his time with the organization while acknowledging the uncertainty of his future.

A five-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro selection, Teller started 94 of 101 career games in Cleveland after joining the team in 2019. His production declined significantly in 2025, ranking 57th out of 65 qualifying guards in pass block win rate and 40th out of 62 in run blocking efficiency. The Browns began rotating Teller with Teven Jenkins in Week 13 before placing him on injured reserve with a calf injury.

Teller's exit follows tight end David Njoku's announcement that he too will leave Cleveland. The departures signal a significant shift for a team that has relied heavily on veteran leadership. As Cleveland enters a new era under its current coaching staff, the offensive line faces a complete rebuild, with multiple starters from the 2024 roster already gone.
