VetnCare, a community of veterinary hospitals based in Northern California, has completed its sixth acquisition since partnering with Great Point Partners. The deal brings Holistic Veterinary Care, an Oakland, California-based holistic medicine and rehabilitation hospital founded in 2009, into the VetnCare network. Dr. Gary Richter, founder of Holistic Veterinary Care, will remain with the company as clinical director and practicing veterinarian, ensuring continuity of care.

This acquisition strengthens VetnCare’s presence in the region and expands its range of services. Backed by Great Point Partners, the company continues to grow its portfolio of specialized veterinary practices.

The partnership with Great Point Partners has already yielded five previous acquisitions, marking a strategic push to broaden VetnCare’s reach and enhance the quality of veterinary care offered to pet owners across Northern California.
