The 25-year-old firm, founded in 1997, also elevated Spencer Marks and Tyler Miller to vice presidents and named Eitan Lewittes and Isabelle Lotocki as senior associates. Bendit’s promotion reflects Odyssey’s tradition of promoting from within.

Nearly all of the firm’s investment team started as associates, a model that emphasizes long-term development over external hires. This approach has helped the firm maintain continuity in its investment strategy, which focuses on control investments in middle-market companies, primarily in financial services and industrial sectors. The reshuffle comes as Odyssey continues to scale its operations and deploy capital from its latest fund.

With assets under management exceeding $6 billion, the firm has closed several notable deals in recent years, including investments in specialty finance and manufacturing platforms.
