Leeds Equity Partners-backed engage2learn has acquired Instructional Coaching Group (ICG), marking its third acquisition this year. The deal combines e2L's AI-powered Growe Lab platform and research-based coaching services with ICG's coaching intellectual property and live events. ICG, founded in 2006 and headquartered in North Loup, Nebraska, is known for its professional development offerings, including the annual Teaching Learning Coaching Conference and frameworks by founder Jim Knight.

Scott Van Hoy, partner at Leeds Equity Partners, praised ICG as mission-aligned with a long history of advancing instructional excellence, noting the combined entity will enhance e2L's position in the K-12 market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
