FTV Capital has made an undisclosed growth investment in Kingsview Partners, an integrated wealth management platform and national independent registered investment adviser based in Chicago and New York. The investment will fund advisor growth initiatives, technology upgrades, and expanded product offerings. Kingsview serves more than 15,000 households through over 100 advisors across 70 offices in 23 states and has grown assets under management past $10 billion.

The firm maintains a 97 percent average advisor retention rate and has achieved an average annual growth rate exceeding 35 percent over the past three years. Three FTV Capital partners—Kyle Griswold, Vostrizansky, and Brandon Spierto—will join Kingsview’s board following the deal’s close, expected in Q4 2026. Kingsview’s management team will retain leadership and significant ownership.
