Uplift Investors, a middle-market private equity firm focused on services investing, acquired Engage fi, a technology and strategic advisory firm serving banks and credit unions, from Falfurrias Management Partners for undisclosed terms.

Engage fi partners with financial institutions to evaluate, select, negotiate and implement technology solutions across payments, digital banking, core banking and integrated communications, alongside conversion services and strategic advisory work aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting technology transformation.

The deal marks Uplift's third platform investment from its debut fund, which closed at its $670 million hard cap in July 2026, and follows the earlier creation of Orion Legal MSO as the firm's second investment organized around a professional services model.

William Blair & Company and Key Banc Capital Markets served as financial advisors to Uplift on the deal, while Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal counsel. Guggenheim Securities advised Engage fi, with K&L Gates as its legal counsel.
