MidEuropa has acquired a stake in functional beverage brand Oshee from Innova Capital, according to a statement from the private equity firm. The deal represents MidEuropa's continued expansion into the European consumer sector, where they've been actively pursuing opportunities in growing brands with strong market positions and loyal consumer bases.

Oshee founders Dariusz Gałęzewski and Dominik Doliński will retain majority shareholding and continue leading the business following the transaction. The functional beverage brand, which operates in multiple European markets, has established itself as a significant player in the rapidly growing health-focused drinks segment with innovative product formulations.

Innova Capital, the seller, originally invested in Oshee as part of their broader strategy to build leading European consumer brands. The exit provides Innova with a return on their investment while allowing MidEuropa to capitalize on Oshee's established distribution network and consumer recognition in the competitive functional beverages market.
