MidEuropa has secured a significant minority investment in OSHEE, one of Europe's fastest-growing functional beverage brands. The London-based private equity firm will partner with founders Dariusz Galezewski and Dominik Dolinski, who retain majority ownership and will lead the business. The deal, subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in 2026, provides OSHEE with crucial capital to fuel its international ambitions. OSHEE is the clear leader in Poland's functional drinks market, operating in over 50 countries and boasting one of the most international footprints among Polish FMCG companies.

MidEuropa's strategy focuses on supporting founder-led consumer brands with strong domestic positions, leveraging operational expertise and networks for international expansion. The UK is identified as a key growth market, where OSHEE has significantly strengthened its position over the past year. Management plans to deepen its UK presence with MidEuropa's support while pursuing M&A opportunities in another major Western European market, signaling bolt-on acquisitions as a potential future growth avenue.

Both MidEuropa's Pawel Malicki and OSHEE's founders framed the deal as a pivotal moment. Malicki stated OSHEE combines a powerful brand, strong management, and a clear growth strategy, expressing enthusiasm for accelerating international expansion and strengthening operations. The founders emphasized their ambitions extend far beyond Poland, aiming to become the leading European functional drinks brand and a meaningful global player over time, driven by their LaLiga partnership across 43 European countries.
