Goldman Sachs Alternatives agreed to acquire a majority stake in Celnor, the built environment testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) platform that Inflexion has backed since 2023.

The sale is a quick partial realisation for Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund, which backed founder Simon Parrington to build Celnor from scratch. Since then, the business has grown to more than 2,750 employees across 60 locations, serving over 20,000 clients and generating annual revenue above £300m.

“Celnor is a great example of how the Enterprise Fund can provide huge flexibility and generate significant value,” said Tom Pemberton, partner and head of the Enterprise Fund at Inflexion.
