GA Group, a provider of financial advisory, valuation, asset disposition, and investment banking services backed by Oaktree Capital Management, has acquired Trampe Settles, a Dallas-based family law litigation support firm. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition integrates a four-person team led by Brian Trampe, who previously led the family law forensics, litigation, and valuation services group at Alta View Advisors and held senior roles at Weaver. Trampe Settles was founded in 2024.
