Veritas Capital announced an agreement to acquire Trinity Consultants, a provider of engineering and consulting services to the natural and built environment, from Oak Hill Capital. Oak Hill will reinvest in the company and remain a minority shareholder. Additional terms of the deal were undisclosed.

With more than 10,000 customers worldwide, Trinity serves the advanced manufacturing, healthcare, data center and commercial facilities market to address environmental, engineering, and compliance challenges. “We look forward to working with Paul Greywall and the Trinity team to support the execution of its strategy to drive account growth, accelerate investment in technology, and expand capabilities through acquisitions,” Daniel Sugar, partner & co-head of flagship private equity at Veritas Capital, said.

Formed in 1974, Trinity is headquartered in Dallas, Texas and operates from over 100 offices worldwide, with a national footprint in the U.S. and key international markets across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The transaction is expected to close by the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals.
