FutureLife, a pan-European fertility services provider backed by CVC and Hartenberg Holding, has agreed to acquire Herts & Essex Fertility Centre in the UK. The Cheshunt-based clinic operates three specialist centres including BCRM in Bristol, CRGH in London, and its flagship location in southeast England.

FutureLife performs over 77,000 IVF cycles annually across its European network and offers comprehensive fertility, IVF, and genetics services from its Prague headquarters. The acquisition strengthens FutureLife's position in the UK fertility market, where demand for assisted reproductive treatments continues to grow.

The deal represents another strategic move by CVC to consolidate the fragmented fertility services sector across Europe. FutureLife's expansion strategy focuses on acquiring established clinics to build scale and geographic reach in this specialized healthcare segment.
