Amulet Capital Partners has agreed to acquire TFP Fertility Group from Benefit Street Partners, marking another private equity bet on the growing fertility care sector. TFP operates an integrated network of 10 fertility clinics supported by 21 satellite centers across the UK and Poland.

The mid-market healthcare-focused firm will keep CEO Jude Fleming and the existing management team in place. Amulet plans to expand patient access and enhance the patient experience at TFP's facilities, leveraging its expertise in the healthcare services space.

Benefit Street Partners, a Franklin Templeton company, sold the fertility platform as demand for reproductive services continues rising across Europe. This transaction represents Amulet's latest healthcare services investment in a market experiencing sustained growth.
