Quorum, a Washington, DC‑based government affairs platform, is already trusted by Quorum users in more than 2,000 organizations, including over half of the Fortune 100 companies. The company was founded in 2014 and is led by CEO and co‑founder Alex Wirth.

Enlightenment Capital has made an investment in Quorum. No financial terms were disclosed, but the capital will accelerate Quorum’s product roadmap and expand its agentic AI capabilities, according to the company’s announcement. The investment, announced in early July, comes at a time when government agencies are seeking more agile technology solutions.

The move positions Quorum to deepen its role in public‑sector decision making. The platform’s AI‑driven analytics help agencies streamline policy research, stakeholder outreach, and legislative tracking. With the new funding, the firm plans to bring additional features to its suite, including advanced predictive models, real‑time data integration, and support for hiring data scientists and expanding into new markets such as health and infrastructure.

The investment reflects a growing trend of venture capital interest in govtech firms that blend technology with public‑sector expertise, and Quorum’s trajectory suggests it will continue to be a key player for organizations seeking data‑driven governance solutions.
