Helsinki‑based Qutwo closed a €25 m angel round at a €325 m post‑money valuation, positioning itself as the next Palantir for quantum‑enabled AI.

Backed by high‑profile angels such as Yuri Milner, Xavier Niel and Ilkka Paananen, the startup already commands €20 m in contracted revenue from clients like Finland’s OP financial group, signalling early commercial traction.

Founded in February by ex‑Silo AI and IQM veterans, Qutwo employs 50 industry specialists and serves finance, energy, retail and life‑sciences sectors. Its hybrid quantum‑AI platform remains technology‑agnostic, focusing on optimisation and simulation challenges.

The deal underscores Europe’s push to capture the emerging quantum computing wave, following AMD’s $665 m acquisition of Silo AI and IQM’s $1.8 bn SPAC valuation. Qutwo’s growth could redefine how European firms compete in the next generation of computing.
