CenterOak Partners has acquired Grismer Tire & Auto Service, a Dayton, Ohio-based operator of tire and automotive service centers. The company, founded more than 90 years ago, operates 28 locations across the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati metropolitan areas. John Marshal, the former majority owner, has transitioned ownership as part of the deal.

As part of the acquisition, Bob Rosenfield, CenterOak's operating partner, will join the Grismer board of directors. This strategic move signals CenterOak's commitment to expanding its portfolio in the automotive service sector. The deal represents a significant consolidation in the regional tire and auto service market, where Grismer has maintained a strong presence for decades.
