Arlington Capital Partners has launched Highwater, a new naval services platform targeting vessel preservation, repair, and specialist services for the U.S., Australian, and allied fleets. The platform combines existing Arlington portfolio company Eptec Defence with AMP United, a U.S. provider of naval preservation, structural, and scaffolding services.

Highwater will be led by CEO Steve Zogas. The company also announced the appointment of Vice Admiral William Galinis, former commander of the Naval Sea Systems Command, to its board of directors. This strategic move positions Highwater to capitalize on growing demand for naval maintenance and support services.
