Mangrove Equity Partners has launched Peak Pavement Group, a new platform targeting the pavement maintenance industry. The Southeast Michigan-based company enters the market by adding two established businesses: HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions, LLC and Maintain It All, LLC, which serves Southeast Pennsylvania.

Peak Pavement traces its origins to 2024 when Mangrove partnered with Rocky Ricelli, founder of A&R Sealcoating, LLC. This marks Mangrove's strategic move into the commercial pavement services sector, building on Ricelli's existing foundation in sealcoating operations across multiple brands.

Both acquired companies will retain their community-recognized names while operating under the Peak Pavement umbrella. Founders will remain in place with their local crews continuing service delivery, preserving established customer relationships and regional expertise.

The consolidation creates a regional pavement maintenance platform spanning Michigan and Pennsylvania markets. This gives Peak Pavement immediate scale and geographic reach in an industry that typically operates through fragmented local operators, positioning Mangrove to pursue additional acquisitions in the space.
