After clearing the FCC, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is now past another major hurdle – it is now listed on the Google Play Console. Two entry‑level models joined it, the Galaxy A08 and A07s.

The S26 FE specs leaked last week. The console confirms the chipset as S5E9955, aka the Exynos 2500. The phone (SM‑S741U) is configured with 8GB of RAM and a 1,080 x 2,340px display as expected.

The GPC offered one image, but leaked renders show several color options. No word on when Samsung will make the S26 FE official. Next up is the Galaxy A08 (SM‑A085F). This model uses the MediasetwTek MT6789 V/CD, aka the Helio G99. This LTE‑only chip is already used in the Galaxy A07 4G and looks like it will feature on the upcoming Galaxy A18 4G.

The Galaxy A07s (SM‑A077M) shares the Helio G99 chip but with only 4GB of RAM. Both the A08 and A07s will feature a 720 x 1,600px display, the norm for the A0 family. The Galaxy A07 4G was unveiled in late August last year, so its successor might arrive soon. The S25 FE was a September release, so FE fans might have to settle in for a wait.
