A prototype of the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE has appeared on Geekbench, revealing key specifications ahead of its launch. The device scored 2,426 in single-core and 8,004 in multi-core tests, powered by the Exynos 2500 SoC with 8GB RAM. Running Android 17, the benchmark listing suggests the phone won't arrive until later this year.

Android 17's presence is particularly telling, as Google hasn't officially released this version yet. This aligns with Samsung's typical release schedule, following last year's September launch of the S25 FE. The prototype configuration matches previous FE models, maintaining the 8GB RAM standard.

The Geekbench appearance provides our first concrete look at the S26 FE's hardware. While Samsung hasn't announced official specifications, the Exynos 2500 chipset positions this model as a mid-range offering. The benchmark scores suggest competitive performance for its segment, though final retail units may vary from this prototype.
