OnePlus 15T will feature an upgraded periscope telephoto camera system, according to company president Li Jie's Weibo post. The handset will include a 50MP Sony Lytia 700 sensor paired with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens using Samsung's ISOCELL JN5 sensor. This combination aims to improve portrait and zoom capabilities compared to the OnePlus 13T.

The phone will also offer a larger battery and enhanced cooling, though it maintains a slim, lightweight design with minimal lens protrusion. Despite these upgrades, the OnePlus 15T is expected to retain the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, suggesting a focus on performance and display quality alongside camera improvements. This marks a strategic refresh for the brand ahead of its China launch later this month.
