Motorola has expanded its Edge 70 lineup in India with the launch of the Edge 70 Max. The new smartphone comes with a sizable 6.8-inch AMOLED screen, a 7,100mAh battery, and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.

The display delivers a Quad HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 7,000 nits, HDR10+ support, and an in‑display fingerprint scanner. It is available with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.1 storage.

Photography sees a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera, an 8 MP ultra‑wide sensor, and a 2‑in‑1 light sensor; the front has a 32 MP selfie camera in a centered hole‑punch. The phone supports 90W wired charging and 25W magnetic wireless charging.

Other attributes include an IP69 rating, MIL‑STD‑810H certification, aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass 7i, stereo Dolby Atmos speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi‑Fi 7, and a USB‑C port. Prices start at INR 54,999 ($570) for the 8 GB/256 GB model, rising to INR 59,999 ($625) for 12 GB.
