The iQOO 16 is rumored to arrive in September, but the iQOO 16T is also in development. It may not launch this year since the iQOO 15T debuted just two months ago, though tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed key details.

According to DCS, the 16T is being tested with the 2nm SM8950 chipset, rumored to be the unannounced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 is also under consideration. DCS's Weibo post adds that the device will feature a built-in cooling fan and a flat 2K Samsung display.

More details about the iQOO 16T are expected to surface in the coming months.
