The iQOO 16 is rumored to launch in September, with tipster Digital Chat Station sharing details on Weibo. The flagship will be powered by the unannounced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro (2nm) and feature symmetrical dual speakers (1115 series), an X-axis motor (0916 series), and a 50MP primary camera using the OmniVision OV50Q sensor. Unlike the iQOO 15 Ultra, it won't include a cooling fan but will offer a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, USB 3.2, an "AR film," IP68/69 rating, and a dedicated graphics chip, possibly the Supercomputing Chip Q4.

In a separate post, DCS mentioned three devices: the iQOO 16, Neo12, and a Z12 series phone. The iQOO 16 will pack an 8,500 mAh battery with 100W wired charging and wireless charging support. The other two run on 3nm chips: the Neo12 is tipped with a 9,000 mAh battery, while a Z12 series device (possibly Z12 or Z12 Turbo) could feature a single-cell 10,000 mAh battery.

Previous rumors suggest the Neo12 will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 2K display, and iQOO is evaluating both active and passive cooling solutions. More details are expected as launch approaches.
