iQOO has introduced the iQOO 15 Apex Edition in India, featuring a distinctive holographic rear panel design while maintaining the same specifications as the standard model. The device comes in two configurations: 12GB/256GB priced at INR 72,999 ($780) and 16GB/512GB at INR 79,999 ($860), with sales beginning April 5.

According to iQOO, the Apex Edition showcases a holographic imaging-based dynamic ink wash painting design on its rear panel. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and features a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LTPO display with 144Hz refresh rate and 2K+ resolution. The camera setup includes a 50MP triple rear camera system with a periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom.

The device packs a substantial 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. While the Apex Edition doesn't introduce new hardware specifications, the unique design element could appeal to consumers seeking a more distinctive aesthetic in the premium smartphone segment.
