After 16 years on iOS and six since Phocus Mobile 2, Hasselblad’s flagship mobile app now supports Android devices. The app works with the X2D II, X2D 100C, 907X, and CFV 100C cameras, delivering the full Hasselblad Natural Color Solution (HNCS) experience on the go.

Users can review, edit, organize, and export images with AI‑powered noise reduction, a comprehensive editing suite, and photo‑management tools. HDR images from the X2D II 100C show “intricate shadow detail, luminous highlights, and color gradations that closely match what the eye sees,” while the RAW noise‑reduction algorithm produces cleaner, natural‑looking photos at high ISOs. Processing a 100MP RAW file takes 15‑20 seconds, with two modes: Purity for maximum noise suppression and Detail to preserve fine luminance detail.

The Android app offers exposure, curves, white‑balance, monochrome and lens corrections, sharpening, cropping, rotation, and keystone correction, plus batch‑apply settings. Imagesplugs in via Wi‑Fi or USB‑C and export to JPG, TIFF, HEIF, 3FR, or RAW.

Overall, Phocus Mobile for Android gives users full control of color, detail, and workflow on a platform they already use.
