Samsung's Galaxy S26 Ultra with 512GB storage now costs €1,185, down €45 from two weeks ago. The Galaxy S26+ has joined the price cuts with a bigger discount on its 512GB model, shrinking the gap with the 256GB version. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A57 and A37 launched this week with 256GB storage priced at the 128GB model's cost.

The Galaxy S26 starts at €800, but the 512GB version at €1,000 represents a worse deal than two weeks ago when it was €870. Samsung's new A-series phones offer free storage upgrades, with the A37 also getting 2GB extra RAM. Unlike last year's Snapdragon chips, the S26 and S26+ use Exynos processors, though the S26 Ultra and Poco phones still offer Snapdragon options.

Poco's new lineup provides stiff competition with the F8 Ultra featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and 6,500mAh battery for €310. The F8 Pro offers similar specs in a smaller package, while the F7 uses a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 at an even lower price. Xiaomi's Redmi 15 at €150 includes a 6.9" display and 7,000mAh battery, though its camera is basic. Samsung would charge €220 more for comparable A57 features.
