The spatial tab offers easy access to immersive formats, but even 8K VR180 videos suffer from compression artifacts, rendering them unwatchable. Despite these shortcomings, the app’s presence fills a critical gap in Apple’s ecosystem, which previously relied on Apple’s own Immersive Video for high-quality spatial content.
