TDR Capital agreed to acquire infrastructure services group OCU from Triton for approximately £2 billion, adding design, engineering, and commissioning capabilities for UK energy networks. Mutares received an offer to sell its controlling stake in Lapeyre Group, the French manufacturer of windows, doors, and staircases, to Italian investors. Warburg Pincus took a significant stake in Awayday, the US vacation rental manager with over 18,000 properties, via a shareholder liquidity deal alongside Ares Management and Light Bay Capital, who retain control. Warburg Pincus also invested alongside Ares and Light Bay, with the transaction structured to provide early liquidity while the sponsor group maintains majority ownership.
