The Belgian government is intensifying budget talks to find around €10 billion ($11.5 billion) in savings by 2029. Prime Minister Bart de Wever's cabinet is set to meet Friday for the latest round of negotiations. This effort aims to reassure investors ahead of a deadline next month.

The government agreed earlier this year to secure annual savings or additional revenue by the end of its term in 2029.
