Lloyd previously built a $50M mask factory using ML and computer vision during the pandemic. His personal experience with tirzepatide—resolving "food noise," compulsive behaviors, and potentially delaying open-heart surgery for congenital aortic stenosis—drove the pivot to pharma manufacturing.

RonanRX addresses fragmentation across telehealth, EHR, prescribing, dispensing, and production. Patients enter via direct access or physician referral; the system ingests medical records, labs, and wearable data to inform customized formulations. A closed-loop feedback system feeds patient response data back to physicians for dose titration. By owning the stack from molecule to delivery, RonanRX claims 3x–10x cost savings versus traditional channels.
