Shuttle has launched the XPC Barebone DL40N, a fanless mini PC designed as the successor to the popular DL30N. Built on Intel's efficient Twin Lake-N platform with an N150 processor, the 1.35-liter system supports DDR5-4800 memory up to 16GB and features dual 2.5Gbit LAN ports for enhanced network performance.

This compact business PC targets modern IT projects across industry, retail, and office environments. The passive cooling design ensures completely silent operation when paired with an SSD, while eliminating moving parts that could wear out or collect dust. With eight USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and triple display support through HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4a, and VGA, the DL40N offers extensive connectivity options.

The system includes two serial COM ports with RS-232/422/485 support and switchable auxiliary voltage, making it suitable for industrial applications like digital signage and machine control. Certified for 24/7 operation, the DL40N features a hardware solution for automatic power-on after outages and supports both 12V and 19V power supplies, ensuring maximum reliability for continuous use.
