Shuttle launched its new XPC Barebone SB860R8, updating its 14-liter cube PC for Intel's upcoming Core Ultra 200 'Arrow Lake-S' processors. This compact machine targets demanding workstation tasks, IT professionals, and mini-server use. It offers up to 192 GB of DDR5 RAM and extensive storage options, aiming to deliver high performance in a small footprint.

The SB860R8 supports Intel's LGA1851 socket processors up to 125W TDP. Its chassis houses four 3.5-inch SATA drives with RAID support, plus two M.2 slots, one for PCIe Gen 5 NVMe SSDs. Dual 2.5GbE networking, four-display output via HDMI and DisplayPort, and a PCIe Gen 5 x16 slot for graphics cards provide robust connectivity.

The system features a 500-watt 80 Plus Gold PSU and Shuttle's heatpipe cooling for sustained operation. Shuttle positions this barebone system as a powerful, versatile solution for professional environments needing significant computing power and storage within a compact form factor. The recommended retail price is €483 ex VAT.
