Razer, the global lifestyle brand for gamers, has acquired the assets of StreamElements, a leading cloud-based platform for live streamers, from Live Momentum Ltd. This acquisition is part of Razer's strategy to expand its ecosystem for content creators, integrating hardware, software, and partnership opportunities.

StreamElements provides essential tools for streamers, including custom overlays, alerts, chatbots, and sponsorship management, serving millions of creators daily across various platforms. Razer assures creators that StreamElements will continue to operate with the same features and creator-first focus. The acquisition includes intellectual property, platform data, and business records, strengthening Razer's commitment to supporting its creator network, which was refreshed in 2024.

Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan stated the move is a "natural step forward," emphasizing Razer's long-standing support for creators. The Stream Elements platform will remain unchanged, with the existing team focused on its roadmap. Razer plans to explore deeper integrations with its own services, such as Razer Chroma RGB and Razer Gold, to offer enhanced engagement and management tools for streamers. Or Perry, Co-Founder and CEO of Stream Elements Inc., expressed confidence in Razer's understanding of the creator community.
