Philips Evnia Unveils Room-Synced Gaming Lights

Philips Evnia expands its gaming ambient lighting ecosystem with AmbiScape, a new feature that extends synchronized lighting from displays into surrounding rooms. Building on existing AI-Enhanced Ambiglow technology and Windows Dynamic Lighting support, AmbiScape creates a unified gaming environment where on-screen action influences both monitor lighting and compatible devices across the room.

AmbiScape uses a Matter-certified interface to synchronize smart lights with on-screen content in real time, helping the environment reflect gameplay moments. Users configure the system through the Philips Evnia Precision Center, adjusting intensity, behavior, and room layout. The experience is enabled via USB upstream and represents the brand's next step toward a more integrated lighting ecosystem.

AmbiScape functionality becomes freely available with Evnia monitors and Precision Center version 1.9, launching April 29, 2026. As the first gaming monitor brand to support Windows Dynamic Lighting, Philips Evnia allows users to manage RGB lighting across compatible devices through Windows 11 settings, creating a cohesive experience where the display feels connected to the entire gaming environment.
