MSI has announced that its XpertStation WS300, based on NVIDIA DGX Station architecture, is now shipping. The deskside AI supercomputer is powered by the NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip and is available through ASI, D&H, and Newegg. This system brings data-center-class AI capabilities to enterprise development and deployment.

Danny Hsu, General Manager of MSI's Enterprise Platform Solutions, emphasized that the WS300 is designed for straightforward production integration, ready to run demanding AI workloads immediately. Allen Bourgoyne, director of Enterprise Products at NVIDIA, noted that AI is moving from experimentation to always-on, agentic workloads that require powerful local computing.

The WS300 combines up to 748 GB of coherent memory with dual 400GbE networking via NVIDIA ConnectX-8 SuperNICs, allowing clustering of two systems for AI workload scaling. It supports large foundation models in memory, reducing CPU-GPU data movement and improving inference efficiency.

This platform also supports NVIDIA Nemo and the Open Shell runtime, enabling policy-controlled autonomous AI agents to operate securely within enterprise environments. The shift toward on-premises AI infrastructure helps organizations reduce cloud costs while maintaining control over proprietary data.
