Wizards of the Coast unveiled Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons at Gamescom Opening Night Live, a single-player, third-person RPG from Invoke Studios. The game follows Kaatri, a warrior who pacts with Tasha, The Witch Queen, to find a loved one. This pact grants her raw magic perception and forbidden spells, weapons, and abilities.

The eight-minute gameplay showcase highlighted Kaatri's supernatural powers, useful in combat, traversal, and puzzle-solving across the world of Darkon. Warlock: D&D has no release date yet but will launch on Steam, Xbox Series consoles, and PlayStation 5. Players will explore Darkon, using magic creatively to overcome dangers and uncover secrets.
