Gameplay Group International and PM Studios have announced AVATAR LEGENDS: The Fighting Game, launching July 2 for $29.99 USD on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The collaboration with Paramount, Skydance, and Avatar Studios brings the beloved animated universe to competitive fighting games with full cross-play support.

Set in the worlds of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, the 1v1 fighter features 12 playable characters at launch, each with distinct bending abilities. The game introduces a unique Flow System emphasizing movement and positioning, alongside a Support-Based Combat System where players select support characters that unlock new strategic moves. An original Story Mode delivers canon narrative content.

Built specifically for the fighting game community, the title employs proprietary rollback netcode to ensure smooth online matches across all platforms. The roster expands through post-launch seasonal updates, while features like Training Mode, Combo Trials, and Ranked play cater to both newcomers and competitive veterans.
