A teaser on X suggests the company is developing the RS7 Air, a budget-friendly take on the existing RS7 V2 model. While details remain scarce, the teaser indicates the new keyboard will retain the 75% form factor and aluminum chassis, though the casing seems simplified to reduce production costs.

Visible changes include a smaller RGB side-light window and fewer design embellishments compared to the premium RS7 Ultra. It remains unclear if the cheaper model will feature the same dual-mount internal design as the current flagships, though the case still appears to split parallel to the PCB.
