Luke Littler says he can dominate darts like Phil Taylor if he maintains his current form. The world No 1 reached the World Matchplay semi-finals with a dominant 16-7 win over Josh Rock, averaging 109.57 with a 53% doubles success rate and hitting 17 180s.

Luke Littler will face Dirk van Duijvenbode in Saturday's semi-final, aiming to become the first player since Michael van Gerwen in 2016 to win back-to-back titles in Blackpool. He holds the World Championship, UK Open, Premier League, and Masters titles, while defending the Matchplay, Grand Slam, Grand Prix, and Players Championship Finals.

Asked about approaching £3m on the order of merit, Littler said beating van Duijvenbode would push him past that mark. "As long as I'm playing like this and producing numbers, it's going to take something special from another player to beat me," he stated.
