Good Good Golf has withdrawn from sponsoring a PGA Tour event in Austin, Texas, this autumn following widespread criticism of a video promoting a new Callaway driver. The video, which showed a man shoving a woman reaching for the driver to the ground, was deleted after backlash for depicting violence against women. Good Good Golf issued a social media apology, acknowledging the content did not align with its values.

Callaway Golf also admitted mistakes were made and confirmed it ended its relationship with Good Good immediately, pledging a $1m donation to organisations supporting survivors of violence against women and strengthening its approval procedures. The PGA Tour agreed with Good Good's decision to step away as sponsor, stating the tournament will proceed from November 12-15, 2026, with updated sponsorship plans to be announced later. Both companies emphasized their commitment to inclusivity and learning from the incident.
