NHLPA Poll: Crosby Most Coachable Player

Sidney Crosby topped the NHLPA's annual player poll as the player most likely to become a head coach, receiving 10.3% of the vote among 348 surveyed players. Crosby edged out Minnesota's Nick Foligno, who finished second at 5%. Colorado's Nathan MacKinnon was named the player with the most intense training regimen at 20.7%, significantly outpacing Edmonton's Connor McDavid at 5.5%.

Off-ice categories saw Toronto's William Nylander dominate the fashion rankings with 32.9% of the vote, while also leading social media presence at 17.4%. Boston's David Pastrnak's "Pasta" nickname ranked highest at 13.5%, beating out Detroit's Patrick Kane's "Showtime" and Nashville's Ryan O'Reilly's "Factor".

Versatility between positions was recognized in Colorado's Cale Makar, who led defensemen capable of excelling as forwards at 36.3%. St. Louis' Jordan Binnington was voted best puck handler at 22.4%, and Montreal's Bell Centre topped the ice quality rankings at 46.8%. Houston emerged as the preferred expansion market at 34.3%, with 68.1% opposing a switch to white jerseys at home.
